In Esther's book 'THE BOARDROOM' she shares how winning a Nottingham Business Award included membership to the Nottingham City Business club. Founded in 1924 by lace manufacturers John McMeeking and Joseph Litterfair. John McMeeking became its first president.
This prestigious club has an history of attracting prominent speakers from US President Franklin Roosevelt's wife Eleanor Roosevelt to parliamentary ministers.
As its elected President in 2004, Esther had the privilege of continuing this tradition.
In celebration of its centenary Esther spoke to Emma Caldwell on Nottstv about her entrepreneurial journey.
